Job summary

Caliber Collision in Jefferson, OH is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office operations, payroll, HR records, and accounts payable/receivable. You will ensure accurate cash handling and deliver a world-class customer experience while upholding Caliber SOPs.

The role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, 1+ year in AP/AR and payroll, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training resources as needed.
• Process payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center staff.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and oversee cash handling in line with company standards.
