Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Marysville, OH to perform all-purpose duties including payroll and HR administration, AR/AP management, and cash handling. The role supports front office teammates with tools and information while ensuring the center adheres to Caliber SOPs and delivers a world class customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a customer-facing environment and 1+ years with AP/AR and payroll.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training and information.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Provide a world class customer experience by ensuring center's SOPs are consistently applied through training and monitoring.
