SmartBear is seeking a Workplace Services Manager for the Somerville office to own daily facilities operations, health and safety, and service quality. You will manage workplace services, vendors, and site operations while delivering an excellent employee and visitor experience.

You will coordinate office moves, supply management, catering, and site projects, partnering with the Director of Facilities to drive cost effectiveness and consistent service standards across the campus.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in workplace services, facilities management, office operations, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Health and safety practices and operational compliance understanding.

Aufgaben

• Manage the day-to-day workplace experience and facilities operations for SmartBear's Somerville office, ensuring a safe, efficient, well-maintained environment.
• Manage workplace services, vendors, contractors, office resources, facilities requests, and site operations while driving high and consistent service standards.
• Partner with the Director, Facilities and Real Estate and key stakeholders to improve workplace operations and deliver an excellent employee and visitor experience.
• Oversee workplace operations including office supplies and equipment, inventory, meeting spaces, workspace allocation, and records.
• Lead onsite workplace projects and activities, including office moves, employee events, catering, and visitor experience.
