Job summary

ServiceNow in Boston seeks an experienced Workplace Services Site Lead to coordinate and oversee daily facilities management, operations, and employee experience. You will ensure offices are functional, safe, and welcoming for staff with on-site presence 5 days a week, 8am–5pm, while responding to emergencies as needed.

The role requires 3–5+ years in FM/Operations, strong vendor management, and proficiency with ServiceNow for managing work orders and requests.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in FM & Operations, hard/soft services.
• Industry certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and building systems.
• Enforce WPS policies and space guidelines.
• Manage asset maintenance schedules and vendor relations.
• Use ServiceNow to receive, track requests and close work orders.
• Ensure safety and a high-quality employee experience.
• Plan and coordinate workplace events.
