Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities and Workplace Services to lead Morrisville, NC campus operations. The role drives excellence in workplace services, employee experience, and sustainability while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and capital improvements, shaping a safe, productive, and engaging work environment for employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• 10+ years in facilities management or equivalent.
• Experience leading large teams and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities operations across custodial, life safety, engineering, food service and general maintenance.
• Lead staff to deliver responsive, high-quality service to employees.
• Champion sustainability practices and energy management in facility operations.
• Manage service contracts and vendor governance including RFPs, SOWs and cost control.
• Oversee capital projects, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades from planning to execution.
• Partner with EHS to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive data-driven decisions via KPI dashboards and performance reviews.
• Oversee employee moves, seating and workplace service requests to ensure smooth transitions.
