We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager/HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, fostering employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and guide managers on providing feedback.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Identify high-potential employees and plan career development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
Organizational Development:
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Support organizational change management efforts as needed.
Data and Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on workforce trends.
  • Use HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and track HR performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Human Resources Business Partner or similar role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
