Job Summary
The HR/Office Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources operations while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role blends people management, administrative leadership, and operational support, serving as a central point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws
- Assist with benefits and payroll coordination
- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries
- Continuously update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Act as a liaison between staff, management, and external partners
- Organize internal events, meetings, and team activities
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment
Office Management
- Oversee daily multiple office operations and facilities management
- Coordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, and office services
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in improving workflows, processes, and employee experience
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with HR systems, payroll tools, and office software
- Familiarity with benefits administration
