Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years office management experience in service industry or call center.
• Positive attitude and dependable team player.
• Service Titan Navigator Certification is required.
• Strong invoicing, billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Advanced computer skills in Word & Excel; proficient with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Service Reps and Service Dispatcher.
• Ensure highest level of internal customer service.
• Coordinate with warehouse for proper stocking of materials.
• Support and meet booking and service contract sales goals.
• Produce weekly KPI reports with accurate data.
• Maintain and update customer records.
• Create monthly newsletter and maintain social media.
• Maintain lead generation sites (Angie's List, Home Advisor, etc.).
• Assist owner with business planning, social media and marketing.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve billing issues.
• Verify prior days jobs pricing and batch invoicing.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and weekly collections.
• Maintain office supply inventory and assist with other duties.
