Job summary

Stratus Building Solutions in Denver seeks an Office Growth Manager to drive regional franchise growth, blending sales, operations, marketing and customer service to support franchise owners and ensure smooth daily office operations.

The role reports to the Regional Director and focuses on presentations, disclosures, onboarding, and cross-team collaboration to help franchises succeed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales, operations, or admin leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office, and social media.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Franchise sales and growth: present, disclose, close at least 2 new franchise agreements monthly.
• Admin & compliance: handle account processing, insurance compliance, records management, and onboarding documentation.
• Financial oversight: review franchisee statements, coordinate with accounting, and communicate on balances.
• Marketing and brand support: post weekly social content, support campaigns and events, solicit reviews, report engagement metrics.
• Customer service: manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, support inspections, front-desk experience.
• Training and collaboration: support onboarding and training, serve as a hub across teams.

Role Overview: Office Growth Manager

As an Office Growth Manager, you’ll be a key driver of regional growth and franchise success. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role blends sales, operations, marketing, and customer service to support franchise owners and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
