Stratus Building Solutions is seeking an Office Growth Manager to drive regional growth and franchise success. You will report to the Regional Director and blend sales, operations, marketing, and customer service to support franchise owners and daily office operations.

Responsibilities include franchise presentations, disclosures, CRM management, and coordinating onboarding. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong organization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• Experience in sales, operations, or administrative leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Sales & Growth: conduct presentations, disclosures, and close new franchise agreements.
• Administration & Compliance: handle account processing, records management, onboarding documentation.
• Financial Oversight: review statements and communicate on balances with accounting.
• Marketing & Brand Support: post weekly content, support campaigns and events, report engagement metrics.
• Customer Service: manage calls, schedule appointments, support inspections, front-desk experience.
• Training & Collaboration: support onboarding and training, act as a cross-team hub.
