Job summary

Bowery Residents' Committee is seeking an administrative support professional in New York City to assist the Program Director and supervisory staff. The role includes answering phones, filing, invoicing, supply orders, and office management tasks, with opportunities to supervise staff.

Ideal candidates will have an AA or BA degree (preferred) or a high school diploma with several years of office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in

Job description

Hours

Full-time 35 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Qualifications

  • AA or BA degree preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Several years office systems experience.

  • Proficiency in Word for Windows, Excel or WordPerfect.
