Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration.
  2. Manage IT equipment and the company's vehicle fleet with expertise.
  3. Support payroll processing and client invoicing.
  4. Plan and organize internal events and team-building initiatives.
  5. Handle internal benefits programs and visa processes efficiently.
  6. Maintain impeccable file and document management.
Requirements:
  1. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  2. Experience in administrative or management roles is a plus.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  5. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach.
