Position Overview

The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a personable disposition, and flexibility in handling day-to-day routines. They will provide strong, reliable support for the Store Manager by creating and communicating procedures storewide, fostering a positive work environment to enhance organizational efficiency.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $19/hr

Description

  1. The Office Manager will provide excellent customer service, including answering incoming calls, providing information, check cashing, lottery ticket sales, utility payments, money orders, and refunds.
  2. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, oversee daily department operations, and supervise the department team.
  3. Handle processing of cash funds, prepare deposits, and maintain appropriate cash levels.
  4. Ensure office equipment is maintained and operational.
  5. Complete necessary paperwork related to Bookkeeping and Service Desk Department.
  6. Provide training, development, and scheduling for Office/Service Desk associates.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
  8. Travel required: No
