Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Process and enter purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer invoicing and maintain financial records.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, providing excellent service and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications:
