Job description

Our client, a successful and growing AI/SaaS company, is looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to keep their San Francisco workspace running smoothly. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-functioning, welcoming environment and has a knack for keeping details on track. You’ll handle everything from daily operations and vendor coordination to team lunches, office improvements, and occasional executive support. You will also help manage large and small events. Salary is $80-100K, the position is located in San Francisco, and will require at least 4 days/week in-office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, vendor relationships, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate daily meal and snack orders and manage food setup/cleanup
  • Welcome guests and ensure the office is always presentable
  • Organize internal and external events and activities
  • Assist two senior leaders with light administrative support
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in an office management or admin role
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems
  • Project management experience
  • Positive, service-minded, and dependable
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree required
