Our client, a successful and growing AI/SaaS company, is looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to keep their San Francisco workspace running smoothly. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-functioning, welcoming environment and has a knack for keeping details on track. You’ll handle everything from daily operations and vendor coordination to team lunches, office improvements, and occasional executive support. You will also help manage large and small events. Salary is $80-100K, the position is located in San Francisco, and will require at least 4 days/week in-office.
