Helzberg Diamonds Shops, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily office operations in a retail setting, guiding the team to help the store achieve sales and profit goals on the floor and behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of retail office experience, supervisory background, and strong communication. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation ranges with the local minimum wage and is aligned with Illinois law.

The Office Manager in a Helzberg Diamonds retail store manages the daily operations of the office by providing guidance and leadership necessary to assist the store in achieving sales and profit goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Procedural compliance to ensure that all transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.50 hourly (or specific county/city minimum wage).
