We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced corporate office environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and onsite needs while coordinating closely with Facilities, IT, HR, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily onsite office operations and maintain a professional, organized workplace
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and office-related needs
- Manage office supplies, inventory, workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, and other internal teams
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, and audiovisual needs
- Support onsite onboarding, including office tours, workstation setup, equipment, supplies, and badges
- Coordinate offboarding logistics with HR, IT, Security, and Facilities
- Communicate and reinforce workplace policies, safety procedures, and office standards
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives
- Manage office communications and employee Teams channels
- Address escalated customer or employee concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Document customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve office processes and customer experience
- Support visitor schedules, meetings, lunches, and onsite events
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar corporate administrative or office operations role
- Experience coordinating meetings and events of varying sizes
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and executives
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and independent approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office management or workplace operations experience
- Experience coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, and/or Security
