About the Role

The Office Manager is both the welcoming face of the location and the person who makes sure its daily operations translate into strong business results.

The Director–Office Manager Partnership

When the Office Manager is doing the job well, the Director can confidently focus on leading and growing the location because the operational details are under control.

  • Respond to client questions and concerns with patience, good judgment, and appropriate urgency

    • Prepare the location for meetings, events, and important client activities
    • Support consistent employee onboarding and offboarding
    • Communicate important operational information to the Location Director and team
