The Office Manager is both the welcoming face of the location and the person who makes sure its daily operations translate into strong business results.
The Location Director and Office Manager work as a complementary leadership team with distinct areas of ownership.
The Director focuses primarily on growing the location, developing employees, and strengthening client relationships. The Office Manager provides the operational discipline that turns those priorities into results.
You will not simply wait for the Director to assign tasks. You will know what needs to happen each day, monitor important numbers, anticipate routine needs, and follow through until issues are resolved. When the Office Manager is doing the job well, the Director can confidently focus on leading and growing the location because the operational details are under control.
A successful Office Manager helps the location achieve:
Previous experience in office administration, operations, scheduling, hospitality, customer service, or team support required
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace
Comfort learning and working within CRM, project-management, and scheduling systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to navigate difficult client situations with patience and professionalism
This is a full-time, in-person position:
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
