System One is partnering with a construction/real estate development company in the Frisco area for an Office Manager position. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday in Frisco, TX. If you meet the following requirements, apply today!

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
  • Managing scheduling and appointments
  • Arranging meetings, events, and travel
  • Managing mail and fax communications
  • Managing paper and electronic filing systems
  • Assisting with accounts payable and clerical duties
  • Managing the daily schedules of the company President
  • Preparing and editing documents such as expense reports, memos, and invoices
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing stock rooms and libraries
  • Reviewing incoming documents
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting an office
  • Accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
