Our Dallas office is a hub of innovation, collaboration, and fast-paced action - and we're looking for a detail-driven, dynamic Office Manager to help keep everything running like clockwork. In this full-time role, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our operations are smooth, our events are seamless, and our team members are supported with everything they need to do their best work.

If you love keeping people organized, are passionate about helping teams succeed, and thrive when you're managing multiple projects at once - we want you on our team. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work side-by-side with leadership and have a direct impact on creating an awesome office environment and experience.

You'll be responsible for everything from travel coordination, event planning (think Spark Summits and company-wide meetings), office supply management, presentation creation, and a whole lot more. YOU COULD BE A FIT IF YOU...

  • Have 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator role.
  • Know your way around expense reports, travel bookings, supply orders, and event logistics like a pro.
  • Are a PowerPoint whiz who can create polished presentations that impress leadership teams.
  • Thrive on organization, attention to detail, and getting things done (with style).
  • Love coordinating company events and are excited to help us bring Spark Summits and team gatherings to life.
  • Have a proactive mindset - you spot what needs to get done before anyone even asks.
  • Are skilled at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Bring positivity, resourcefulness, and a can-do attitude to everything you do.
  • Have strong communication skills and can work well with people across all levels of the organization.

  • Coordinated hotel and flight bookings for an upcoming leadership summit.
  • Organized and ordered supplies to keep the Dallas office running smoothly (and looking great).

  • Helped plan a Spark Summit event, handling everything from catering to guest lists.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time, onsite role based out of our Dallas office, reporting directly to senior leadership. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with flexibility needed to support occasional after-hours events or travel coordination needs.
