~Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our Satellite location. This role includes managing the office space, coordinating contractors, handling facilities and event management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office work and projects.

~Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall office operations and supplies.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
  • Oversee maintenance facilities and scheduling (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including logistics and planning.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and communication.
  • Lead and execute various office-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the office is tidy, well-organized, and fully functional daily.
  • Track and manage office budgets related to supplies, vendors, and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all facility and office-related issues.
  • Handle all products or supply returns.
  • Run local errands as needed to support office operations.
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
