Job summary

Dynamic Metals is seeking an organized Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly and support daily business operations. You will handle office administration, payroll coordination, and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This on-site position offers long-term stability and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or management.
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facilities.
  • Support onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and payroll in ADP.
  • Process invoices, payments, deposits, and customer follow-up in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial summaries and aging reports for management.
  • Be a point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors; maintain records.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and support our day-to‑day business operations. This role combines office administration, employee support, and financial recordkeeping responsibilities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
  • Support onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and payroll coordination in ADP.
  • Process invoices, payments, deposits, and customer account follow-up in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial summaries, aging reports, and supporting documentation for management
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors.Maintain organized digital and physical records using Microsoft Office and company filing procedures.Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency.
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with payroll, financial reporting, or month-end processes.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
