Role Description

The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubuque, IA, responsible for overseeing daily front-office operations in a busy dental practice. This role coordinates patient scheduling, check-in and check-out processes, and manages phone and email communications to ensure a smooth patient experience. The Office Manager maintains records, organizes administrative workflows, supervises office support staff, and monitors the use and maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Additional responsibilities include assisting with billing and insurance coordination, supporting compliance with office policies and procedures, and collaborating with clinical staff to optimize overall practice efficiency.

Qualifications
