Job Title: Office Manager

Join to apply for the Office Manager role at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC.

This full-time, on-site position reports directly to the Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO) and involves providing high-quality administrative support. Responsibilities include managing travel, communications, office supplies, maintenance, invoicing, and vendor relationships. The role requires minimal supervision, professional interaction with stakeholders, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Deep Ellum office, Dallas, TX. Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:
  • Front Desk: Greet visitors and be the first point of contact.
  • Office Administration: Manage supplies, mail, filing systems, office maintenance, invoices, expenses, and equipment.
  • Travel & Correspondence: Handle emails, calls, contact database, travel expenses, and assist with written documents.
  • Additional Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by the CMO.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of office management experience.
  • Experience with inventory, budgeting, and vendor relations.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
