About The Team
As the Dallas Office Manager, you will be the overall point of contact for the Dallas office. You will have responsibility for ensuring that the Dallas office is a professional working environment for our staff and a great representation of Capco for guests who come to the office.

What You’ll Get To Do

1. The Office Manager maintains general office upkeep and ensures well-kept work environment.
2. Point of contact for all vendors and maintains office supply inventory.
3. Ensure office is secure and manage access of individuals coming into the office.
4. Office Manager position is at least four days a week on-site at our Dallas office, with standard work schedule Tuesday – Friday with some flexibility on start and end times.
5. Monitors office equipment, and contacts service repair vendors, as necessary.
6. Coordinates with Capco IT Help Desk as appropriate to help solve employee issues.
7. Monitors and maintains appropriate and sufficient office supply quantities, and orders any special requests, as necessary.
8. Runs small errands required for office function.
9. Coordinates and plans meetings, engagement events, and lunches.
10. Organizes and coordinates local Partner team’s calendar including scheduling appointments; copying or printing materials, and/or presentations.
11. Assist the Partner team with expense submission/reimbursement.
12. Assist in the management of resource staffing in Texas with focus on the Dallas area.
13. Assist the Partner team and Finance Team with ad hoc reports, forecasting and projects.
14. Completes additional projects or tasks, as assigned.

1. Highly professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
3. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Intermediate Excel expertise (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, index, match).
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
6. Ability to work on own initiative.
7. Great time management skills.
8. Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
9. Flexibility and adaptability.
10. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
11. This role requires 5 days onsite in the Dallas office.
