Caliber Collision in Sanford is seeking an Office Administrator to support the front office, provide payroll and HR administration, and manage accounts receivable/payable and cash handling per company standards. You’ll help ensure a world class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing role, 1+ year in AP/AR and payroll, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist front office with tools, training and information to perform their jobs.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
