Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Office Experience Manager (OEM) to translate directives into disciplined daily execution, coach Tax Advisors and CSPs, and drive the client experience in-person.

You will manage schedules, lead daily huddles, and partner with the OEM and District General Manager to grow client relationships during the busy season. This role requires in-person work and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in a service or retail setting.
• Ability to coach and drive behavior change with direct feedback.
• Strong judgment to handle escalated client service issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience in-office during appointments.
• Model consultative, client-centric behaviors in all client interactions.
• Serve as on-site contact for escalated client service concerns.
• Conduct client walk/talks and exit conversations to gather feedback for coaching.
• Lead scheduling, timekeeping, and overtime management; manage daily office operations.
• Run daily huddles and communicate priorities and recognition to associates.
• Support growth plans focusing on client count, revenue, conversion and service standards.
