Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mailroom operations: receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail and packages.
• Warehouse & Logistics: shipping/receiving tasks for supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Office Operations: monitor/restock office supplies; ensure printers are functional.
• Inventory & Supplies: monitor stock levels and replenish when needed.
• Hospitality & Facilities Support: set up meeting rooms and assist with pantry/kitchen areas.
• Reception & Customer Support: provide backup front desk coverage and courteous service.
