Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to deliver a safe, efficient and high‑quality workplace across office environments. The role supports daily workplace operations, space planning, employee services, vendor coordination and business continuity.

You will manage seating plans, moves, badge administration and on‑site services to ensure a professional, welcoming workplace. This role offers growth within CBRE's global facilities network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• People management experience is preferred, including recruitment and mentoring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office space planning, seating assignments and occupancy tracking to support business needs.
• Manage moves, adds and changes, including workstation setup, IT coordination and move logistics.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workplace services including janitorial, supplies, pantry supplies and food deliveries.
• Administer access badges for employees, contractors and visitors and coordinate security-related tasks.
• Coordinate conference room readiness, parking and employee support logistics.
