Job summary

You will plan, prioritize, and execute performance improvements, train staff on the new client experience standards, and partner with leadership to drive adoption and accountability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing people in retail/service/multi-unit environments with accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and evolution of the consultative client experience across assigned offices.
• Lead teams through adoption of new operating processes with coaching and accountability.
• Coach teams using client interaction patterns to address execution gaps before impact.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, modeling leadership behaviors.
• Ensure new client experience processes, tools, and tests are implemented per standards.
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding decisions aligned to client service professionalism and standards.
