Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Office Experience Manager to lead a new office client experience model across Texas offices. You will coach associates, model consultative client interactions, and ensure disciplined execution of evolving processes and tests.

You will partner with district leaders to recruit, onboard, and develop seasonal staff while maintaining a strong on-site leadership presence and delivering consistent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• 3 years minimum related work experience in retail, service, or multi-unit environments.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning and day-to-day decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the new office client experience model across assigned offices.
• Lead teams with coaching, judgment, and example-setting to adopt new processes.
• Identify patterns in associate and client interactions and address gaps before impact.
• Evaluate execution quality and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Ensure testing, processes, and technology align with operating standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff in line with client service expectations.
• Maintain on-site leadership presence and drive seasonal workforce readiness.
