• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing teams in retail, service, or multi‑unit environments.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, prioritization, and day‑to‑day decisions.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with leadership execution.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience within assigned offices, ensuring standards are met with discipline.
• Lead teams through adoption of new operating processes and behaviors, coaching and setting expectations.
• Identify patterns in associate behaviors and client interactions to drive improvements.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact in interactions, problem solving, and decisions.
• Ensure client experience processes and tests are implemented as designed.
• Conduct client interviews post appointments and translate feedback into action.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal workforce readiness.
• Build a performance‑driven, collaborative office culture with accountability.
