Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Office Manager to lead the rollout of a new client experience model across assigned Round Rock offices. You will coach frontline leaders and associates, drive adoption of new operating processes, and ensure disciplined execution to deliver a superior client experience.

You will plan, prioritize, and adapt to ongoing feedback, overseeing staffing, performance, and training to sustain high standards and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams to deliver a differentiated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consultative client experience model within assigned offices.
• Lead teams through adoption of new operating processes and behaviors with coaching and accountability.
• Identify patterns in associate and client interactions to drive coaching and improvements.
• Ensure execution of new client experience processes, technology, and tests as designed.
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding decisions in support of office readiness and performance.
