H&R Block is seeking an Office Manager to lead the rollout of a new office client experience model in Round Rock, TX. You will coach associates, drive disciplined execution, and ensure client-centric interactions across the office.

As a people leader, you will plan, prioritize, and decision-make to continuously improve client outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through education and related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Managerial experience leading people in a retail, service, or multi-unit environment with accountability for results.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, prioritization, and day-to-day decisions.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a consultative approach in leadership and execution.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold associates accountable for performance and behaviors.
• Experience leading teams through change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and evolution of the consultative client experience within assigned offices.
• Lead teams through adoption of new operating processes and coaching to reinforce expectations.
• Coach teams using performance patterns to address execution gaps before impacting clients.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, modeling leadership behaviors.
• Ensure client experience processes, technology, and tests are implemented per standards.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding decisions; ensure workforce readiness.
