Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Bellevue, WA to own day-to-day office operations, serve as the primary contact for employees, visitors, vendors and building management, and ensure a safe, welcoming workspace. You’ll manage lunch, mail, and visitor programs while supporting local events and All-Hands activations.

As a culture champion, you will partner with IT and HR to welcome new hires and execute Day 1 logistics, All-Hands, and intern programs, helping CoreWeave scale

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day office operations, acting as the go-to resource and concierge for employee workplace needs and ticket resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and engineers, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Manage vendor relationships across cleaning, catering, snacks, and other office services, including scheduling, quality, and invoicing
• Own visitor management, delivering white-glove, high-touch service for guests and executive visits
• Run mail room operations, ensuring accurate, timely sorting and distribution of mail and packages
• Oversee the daily lunch and snack programs, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and dietary accommodations
• Welcome new hires and own Day 1 logistics in partnership with IT and HR
• Plan and execute local office events, and support in-office company-wide activations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, and act as a culture champion who helps make the office a place people want to come to
