Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in corporate events or hospitality with leadership experience.
• Proficient in leading a diverse portfolio, from agile cultural moments to large-scale events.
• AI-first mindset with budget tracking, procurement, and event platforms (e.g., Asana) for real-time dashboards.
• Safety-first mindset with CPR/First Aid certifications; inclusive experiences for all abilities.
• Experience with Google Suite, Asana, Slack, EPOCH, FreshService, and Envoy.

Responsibilities

• Scope and execute complex, high-impact workplace initiatives, transforming ambiguous requirements into successful, culture-driving employee experiences.
• Independently manage project lifecycles using dashboards and run-of-shows to ensure flawless execution.
• Continuously improve event scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency across the regional lifecycle.
• Provide site-specific data and executive insights to REWS leadership and stakeholders to inform strategy.
• Maintain transparent communications on milestones, budgets, and risks with partners and leadership.
• Consult with internal hosts to ensure events support business objectives.
• Anticipate growth and maintain an annual roadmap for the PNW strategy.
• Mentor internal and outsourced teams on operational standards.
• Oversee vendor performance and SLAs for F&B to align with budgets and experience goals.
• Maintain SOPs and playbooks for regional consistency.
• Integrate automation and AI tools to drive reporting efficiency.
