Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to own the day-to-day experience of our Bellevue office. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management, delivering hospitality-driven service from morning walkthroughs to executive visits.

You will manage mail, lunch programs, and Day 1 logistics, coordinate events, and champion a safe, organized workplace.

• Welcome new hires and handle Day 1 logistics with IT and HR.
• Plan and execute local office events and support company-wide activations.

About the Role

CoreWeave's Workplace team ensures every office we operate is safe, welcoming, and ready to support the people building the future of AI infrastructure. As our Workplace Experience Manager, you'll own the day-to-day experience of our local office — serving as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management. You'll bring a hospitality mindset to everything from morning walkthroughs to executive visits, keep our lunch and mail programs running seamlessly, and help execute the local and company-wide moments — from new-hire Day 1 to All-Hands to our intern program — that make CoreWeave a great place to work.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day office operations, acting as the go-to resource and concierge for employee workplace needs and ticket resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and engineers, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Manage vendor relationships across cleaning, catering, snacks, and other office services, including scheduling, quality, and invoicing
• Own visitor management, delivering white-glove, high-touch service for guests and executive visits
• Run mail room operations, ensuring accurate, timely sorting and distribution of mail and packages
• Oversee the daily lunch and snack programs, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and dietary accommodations
• Welcome new hires and own Day 1 logistics in partnership with IT and HR
• Plan and execute local office events, and support in-office company-wide activations (All-Hands, Intern Program, CW Care events, and more)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, and act as a culture champion who helps make the office a place people want to come to

The base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
