Job summary

The ideal candidate will develop knowledge of our products and services to create new business, re-engage dormant customers, and support teammates while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, retail, account management, or related experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales.
