Handyman Connection of McKinney, TX is hiring a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to enhance the customer experience. This in-office role requires Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 3900 South Stonebridge Dr, McKinney, TX.

You will be the first voice customers hear and support craftsmen in the field. The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to keep office workflow smooth while increasing responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office coordination preferred.
• Able to handle inquiries via phone, text, and email with clear next steps.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries by phone, text, and email, helping customers clearly understand next steps
• Follow up on leads and quotes promptly and close small jobs directly with the customer
• Collect deposits and process customer payments through our payment system
• Coordinate appointments and keep customer and job information accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with craftsmen and management to resolve scheduling and customer issues as they come up
• Share observations and suggestions that help improve communication, scheduling, and office workflow
• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
