Handyman Connection of Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, manage inquiries, and coordinate job scheduling with craftsmen.

You will handle calls, schedule work orders, follow up on estimates, and maintain accurate data in the scheduling system while supporting the office team and craftsmen to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and scheduling.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organization.
• Experience with CRM/scheduling tools preferred.
• Experience in customer service or office admin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs between customers and craftsmen.
• Outbound calls to follow up on estimates and completed work.
• Maintain accurate job scheduling data in the system.
• Support craftsmen and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals.
