Job summary

Ronin Towing Inc in Newark, NJ is seeking a Customer Service/Operations Associate to support customers with our towing and rental services. You will assist customers both inside and outside, move and hook up rental trucks, inspect equipment, and process invoices. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; some general office tasks are included.

This position offers full-time hours with weekend shifts as needed and benefits to eligible employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside with our products & services.
• Move and hook up rental trucks and trailers (up to 26 ft box truck).
• Clean and inspect rental equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• General office work such as answer phones, scanning, filing etc.
• Assist customers with releasing towed vehicles.
• 10 hour shift.
• Weekends as needed.
