The following tasks will be performed:

• Answering the phone and assisting patients & staffwith scheduling visits
• Working with the HR manager to collect and update staff documentation.
• Assisting the Financial manager with posting payments in the system.
• Upload patients' documentation in the EHR system
• Able to speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus
• Able to read assignments, follow directions
• Able to communicate and respond clearly on the telephone and respond to patient's spoken needs
