The University of New Mexico's Rheumatology Division seeks a Student Intermediate Level work‑study position to support the Unit Administrator and faculty with general office tasks in a professional setting.
You will answer phones, scan, copy and file documents, enter data, assist with events and mail processing, and help maintain confidential records, while contributing to day-to-day operations. Typical hours are 15–28 per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, arranged with the supervisor.
We are accepting applications for this position from all students regardless of work study award. The Division of Rheumatology is seeking to hire a work‑study student to perform a variety of office and clerical duties to support the Unit Administrator as well as faculty. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a professional office environment. The selected candidate will assist with a variety of general office duties and contribute to the day‑to‑day operations of the division.
Typical work hours will be Monday‑Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Work schedules are flexible and will be arranged with the supervisor before employment.
