Caliber Collision in Bonner Springs seeks an Office Administrator to support front office teammates, payroll and HR administration, and AR/AP cash handling per Caliber SOPs. You will play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience by ensuring accurate records and timely information flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools to teammates for daily operations.
• Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable and cash handling per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure world-class customer experience.
• Support HR-related administration and training across the center.
