Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Administrator to support front-office teammates, manage payroll and HR administration, and handle AR/AP and cash procedures. The role emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, 1+ year in AP/AR/payroll, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position at a Caliber Collision center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support with tools, training, and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain AR/AP and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by enforcing SOPs and training.
