Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, including front office support, payroll and HR administration, and managing accounts payable/receivable and cash handling.

You will ensure center associates are equipped with tools and information, train teams on policy, and coach staff to provide a world-class customer experience while maintaining Caliber SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training tools for staff.
• Handle payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent SOP adherence.
