Caliber Collision's Fairfield Township center is seeking an Office Administrator to support the front office, payroll and HR admin, and keep accounts payable/receivable and cash handling on track.

You'll ensure accurate data entry, multi-system coordination, and provide a world-class customer experience while upholding Caliber's SOPs and policies. This full-time role offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide collision repair network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with AP, AR and payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support and training to teammates.
• Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Handle payroll administration and HR-related tasks.
• Uphold cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by following SOPs.
