Caliber Collision in Sherman, TX is seeking an Office Administrator to oversee front office operations, payroll and HR administration, and center recordkeeping. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and cash handling in line with company standards.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support training initiatives, and help maintain a world-class experience for customers while adhering to Caliber SOPs across the center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and equip teammates with tools, training, and information.
• Administer payroll and HR records for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash handling to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by following SOPs and monitoring adherence.
• Assist with ongoing training and development of center staff.
