Job summary

Caliber Collision in the United States is seeking an Office Administrator to perform a range of duties, including supplying front office teammates with necessary tools, payroll and HR administration, and maintaining AR/AP with proper cash handling in line with company SOPs.

The role focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience by consistently applying Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling per SOPs.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs.
