Job summary

Caliber Collision in Marmora, New Jersey, is seeking an Office Administrator to support front office teammates, manage payroll and HR recordkeeping, and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash handling in line with company standards. The role focuses on delivering a world-class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs with ongoing training and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring center SOPs are followed through training and monitoring.
